Pins are In!

As some of you will have seen through email updates, cards have been charged and orders will be locked in about a day. We're going to start shipping out the pins (and foil washi tapes + bonuses) to everyone this week! 

This set has been particularly difficult to grade and color match because the flora from Genshin keeps getting more and more complex haha ; -; hope you guys like how they turned out! They're also much larger than previous sets, but if you guys prefer smaller pins, we may go back to making them smaller in the future!

We apologize for the long delay! We've been going back and forth with our manufacturer about some issues with the pin colors, and we're now in the process of receiving the updated batch. Fingers crossed that this is the batch we'll be able to ship out!

Pins are still being manufactured (because of the Lunar New Year holiday in China right now). We put in the order for the final quantities based on your surveys, but unfortunately they won't be back in office to start work on them until February!

We were able to fund the entire set of pins and stamp tapes, all the stretch goals, and an additional pin ^ q^ Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://flora-of-sumeru.backerkit.com.

If you used your Apple or Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://flora-of-sumeru.backerkit.com/faq. Anyone who uses an Apple ID to login to Kickstarter may not receive an email, so please let us know what to change it to!

Here are the sneak peek of the Sumeru pin set. We're going to make some changes of course, but hope you guys like them so far! 

Washi Tape Lover Tier

We've received some questions about pledging for only the washi tape, enough that we think it warrants us adding a specific tier for people who want to only pledge for the foil washi tape (The Washi Tape Lover tier)!

The new reward option is now available, but please note that if you want both pins and the full set of tape, you can add the tape set on to your pledge when the surveys come out. You won't need to pledge for both tiers through separate accounts or anything like that!
